The other day I woke up in a funk! While I try to stay focused on the bright side, sometimes I get caught up in a loop of negative, depressing thoughts. The other day was one of THOSE days. There was no talking myself out of the funk. Needing to do something, I made a playlist on my lunch break and listened to it for the rest of the day.
