This is my favorite salad to make plus it’s super freaking easy. It’s great to make when you’re depressed because not only is it stupid simple it also has walnuts which have been shown to help alleviate symptoms of depression. Just chop up the apples and mix the ingredients together and you have an easy meal or snack. This is the perfect easy salad to make when you’re depressed.
6 cups salad greens
1 red apple
1 green apple
1 cup chopped walnuts
⅓ cup crumbled feta cheese
⅓ cup dried cranberries
I like to top mine with balsamic-vinaigrette
