HOW TO CREATE A SELF-CARE KIT
Putting together all of the items that you find comforting and helpful can help make you feel prepared for when you have a lousy mental health date. A self-care kit is also a great thing to put together to give as a gift to someone who is struggling. You can put anything in it that you think would bring comfort to the person that you’re giving it to. Here are some ideas of things you can include in a self-care kit, I hope it gives you some inspiration. Any items that you think are calming or comforting would be great to add to a self-care kit. Journal and Pens
I hope this post gave you some ideas to help you create your own self-care kit. Your kit should have anything that brings comfort to you. The point is to have all of your things together so when you’re feeling overwhelmed you have some options for self-care.
