Summer is my favorite season, I love spending time reading by the pool or out on the beach. It’s the perfect season to slow down and read a ton of personal development books. These are all of my old favorites and new ones I’m planning on reading ASAP. I hope this list gives you some ideas for your summer reading list.
I just started this book and can’t put it down. I really recommend it if you feel stuck in your life or struggle with self-sabotage. This book is all about how to conquer your fear of taking your life to the next level.
I haven’t read this book yet but it’s next on my list when I finish The Big Leap. It’s all about rewiring your mind to get rid of thoughts and habits that are holding you back. This book has a ton of positive reviews on Amazon so I’m really excited to start it.
I’m slowly working my way through this workbook and I’m obsessed with it. If you like to journal or write you need this workbook. It has a ton of great prompts in it to help you figure out your purpose and plan out your next move.
This book inspired me to start my own business! It’s an easy and entertaining read and following Sophia’s rise to the top of the fashion industry is inspiring. This is a super easy and entertaining read and it’s perfect to read at the beach this summer. If you’re thinking about starting your own business or changing careers you should definitely check it out.
This is one of my absolute favorite personal development books of all time. Jen is a really entertaining writer and has lots of great life advice. If you need a good kick in the ass or just some motivation check out this book.
This book is not for everyone but if you feel like leaning into your spiritual side this is for you. It’s all about living optimistically and learning to trust that the Universe is here to guide and support you. Check it out if you want something spiritual to help you through your breakup.
This book has a lot of practical advice about setting goals and getting shit done. If you’re looking for practical strategies to help you become more productive then check out this book. Using the principles in this book has helped me get a ton more done everyday.
If you’re struggling with confidence or feeling really down on yourself pick up this book. It’s the perfect thing to read when you need a pep talk.
This is another spiritual book. I love Rebecca Campbell’s writing and this book always makes me feel better whenever I read it. If you’re like me and you’re into woo-woo energy stuff this is a must read.
I just started digging into this and so far I really like it! It has a little motivational reading you can do every day and it’s the perfect thing to add to your morning or evening routine. Check it out if you’re looking for daily inspiration.
This book has a lot of practical advice for developing new habits that will help you become the best version of yourself. Check it out if you’re looking for an easy to read self-help book with lots of practical advice and concrete actions you can take to improve your live.
If you feel like shit read this book! It’s all about helping you address self-destructive behaviors and habits. If you need a little tough love to help you get over your bullshit check out this book.
This is one of my all-time favorite self-help books. I listened to it on Audible and it was really awesome. It actually has a lot of really good advice in it to help you live an authentic life that feels good to you.
