Yoga Routines for Anxiety

Hello, My name is Faith and I've been managing depression and anxiety for as long as I can remember. I started this blog to share my tips and tricks and help other bad ass babes kick ass on their mental health journey. I have an online support group you can join for free here.

I’ve been on a total yoga kick lately. I’m pretty bad at it but I’ve already noticed that I mentally feel better after only a couple weeks. Here are some of the yoga routines for anxiety I’ve been doing at night and in the morning to help with my anxiety and I thought they might be able to help some of you guys too. I hope some of these routines can bring you some relief and help you get back to your most kick ass self.
