Saying and writing affirmations helps me get through days when I feel like total shit. It’s an easy way to practice focusing on the positive if you’re having a hard time. Try these positive affirmations for women if you want a little energy boost. I usually write a list of affirmations in my journal in the morning but you can also say them out loud or in your head.
