I have been reading a ton of books lately and I find them really helpful. The more information I have about anxiety and depression the more I feel like I understand my issues and how to cope with them. These are the social anxiety books I would recommend to help you manage your anxiety. If you are like me and get bored of reading check out Audible and get two free books when you sign up. I love listening to audiobooks because I can do other things while I listen to the book. If you’re looking for more information about anxiety be sure to check out my other posts here.
If you’re looking for a book with exercises to retrain your brain check out this workbook. This is a cognitive-behavioral workbook that has tons of exercises you can do to help alleviate anxiety symptoms.
I love a good self-help book with cursing in the title. I haven’t read this book yet but I wanted to recommend it because it looks awesome, has great reviews and you can read it for free if you have Amazon Prime.
I have been slowly working my way through this book for the last few weeks. This is another great option that you can get for free through Amazon Prime. I think I am going to order the hard copy though because I think it will make it easier to work through.
This book has good tips in it if you are suffering from shyness and anxiety. It is available to read for free on Kindle if you have Amazon Prime.
I hope if you’re struggling with anxiety some of these books will help you. I think they all have great information that can help you manage social anxiety. If you’re looking for more information about managing anxiety check out some of my other posts here.
