The podcast episode that I released today was recorded for an old version of myself and it was pretty difficult for me to record.

The truth is when I started this journey I didn’t love myself and my thoughts were so toxic that being in my own mind every day felt like torture.

It took a long time to build a mindset that made life enjoyable.

There were many filled journals, walks in the woods and a completely new group of friends.

However, this whole journey has been so worth it and the more I love myself the deeper I want to go.

I want to love, find magic and laugh and laugh and laugh.

I want to peel back every layer and stretch myself and far as I can go.

I want to fall wildly in love with life, with this earth and with myself.

I want to shine bright.

If you’re struggling today know that things don’t have to be hard forever.

You can heal

You can let go

You can have a personal revolution

A revolution of joy, laughter, and deeply radical self-love.

When you love yourself it allows you to have the strength to do things you never thought possible.

Loving yourself means not allowing people to treat you poorly.

It means not letting yourself stay in a job you hate.

It means caring about yourself enough to give yourself everything you want and deserve.

When you start to love yourself you can find the courage to light the match burn your old miserable life to the ground.

it sets you free.

Have a great evening,
