Exercising has completely changed my life. It is one of the most important parts of my routine. Without regular exercise, I quickly spiral into a dark hole of depression. I know how hard it can be to get the energy to exercise when you’re depressed and feeling like trash. I have a Facebook group for people trying to start using fitness to improve their mental health you can join here. Start doing a little something each day. Even if it’s just a walk down the street or a few situps just do whatever it is that you can do. Here are 5 easy workouts for when you’re depressed. I hope they help you move towards your recovery.
I hope these exercise routines help you get started. No matter how little you do you should be really proud of yourself if you do any exercises while depressed. You’re taking some very difficult steps towards recovery. Exercise can eventually help you get some relief from the depression you’ve been suffering with so I hope you will keep going.
