I wanted to let you know there’s a new episode of the Radical Transformation Podcast out today.
It’s all about what to do when people don’t support your dreams.
I get a lot of questions from women who want to start a business, change their routine or invest in their personal development but their partner doesn’t support them.
I remember when I wanted to start Radical Transformation Project the person I was dating wasn’t supportive.
When people don’t support your dreams or the changes you want to make it can be really easy to tell yourself stories about what this means.
“They don’t support me because my idea isn’t very good”
“They don’t support me because I won’t be able to do it”
“They don’t support me because I’m not smart enough”
The thing is that all situations are neutral.
Someone not supporting you doesn’t have any inherent meaning. It only has the meaning that you give it.
Now when people don’t support myself I tell myself an empowering narrative about what it means.
“They don’t support me because I’m a visionary”
“They don’t support me because I’m a revolutionary”
“They don’t support me because I’m so far ahead”
You get to decide what it means.
You get to decide the narrative.
You don’t have to wait for anyone to support you.
You don’t have to wait for other people to like your idea.
You don’t have to wait.
I hope this inspires you to tell empowering stories about situations in your own life.
Check out the podcast and let me know what you think!
Have a great night,
Pin this for later!
