I’ve been on a total yoga kick lately. I’m pretty bad at it but I’ve already noticed that I mentally feel better after only a couple weeks. Here are some of the yoga routines for anxiety I’ve been doing at night and in the morning to help with my anxiety and I thought they might be able to help some of you guys too. I hope some of these routines can bring you some relief and help you get back to your most kick ass self.
