Depression Survival Checklist

When I’m depressed I struggle to do even the most basic things. If you’re struggling I hope you can use this Depression Survival Checklist to help you get back on track. If you can’t get everything done it’s OK. A key step to recovering from depression is to accept that it’s not your fault and forgive yourself for not doing everything you think that you should be able to. By working towards completing this daily checklist you are moving towards recovery. There is a life that is vibrant and fulfilling for you waiting in the future but you have to take steps towards it everyday.
